"FOREST DAY" Springtime Gathering 2025
An exploration of the Spring Season with perspectives from East Asian Medicine
Service Description
Find alignment with your natural environment and spend some dedicated time in our local spring forest. Let's slow down and visit the phenomena of the day, become more aware how springtime is showing up around us, and inside us too! We will gather at Wellsview and then journey to a local forest area. We will hike a gentle trail, learn about the ancient Springtime "correspondences" in East Asian medicine, and have hands on opportunities to explore our unique awareness and responses safely. You will gain insights for your best self-care in the Spring season, have safe connection with like-minded nature lovers, and probably have some delightful fun with us too! NOTE: Please be sure to dress appropriately for the weather, wear sturdy walking shoes, bring snacks and water. We will leave the parking lot at Wellsview no later than 9:45AM and return near 12:30/1 PM. Rain or Shine! You may be responsible for your own transportation to and from the park. We will car pool from Wellsview. Wellsview assumes no liability regarding such transportation with, or without. Wellsview's provisions.

Cancellation with refund is eligible within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds will be provided after 24 hours of purchase. If you can not attend, Wellsview will 'credit' your account for the value of the event, less a rebooking fee. Call or email bewell@wellsviewcare.com to rebook. The credit may be used for any Wellsview service. Please provide a minimum 48 hours notice if the event or service can not be attended. By registering for this service and/or event you agree to follow Wellsview Center policies and hold Wellsview and her affiliates harmless from any liability. With this purchase you agree to the Wellsview Consent and Waiver documents for each event.
